Store/Hub Manager - Stockholm

Job Description

  • You run the day to day operations at 1-3 hubs within your city (starting with one hub)
  • You will schedule and give leadership to shift leads and a fleet of riders
  • You will be responsible for excellent customer experiences by having full control of all aspects within hub operations
  • You will be in charge of ordering in new supplies and managing inventory
  • You will be responsible of running a smooth delivery process
  • You will be responsible of training your team
  • Scheduling shifts for riders and shift leads will be your daily task
  • Most importantly, responsible that your hub(s) are fun, inspiring and motivating place to work at


  • Past customer service experience - customer always in center
  • 3+ years of experience within operations and process oriented roles
  • A plus if you have worked in a warehouse before
  • You are a wizard with setting up and executing on structures and new processes
  • Past management experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environments
  • There is no I in team, you are a team player and want the best for the company, we are all on the same boat and rowing. If needed you will roll jump into the trenches and deliver.
